• Completed visa application form
• Recent passport-size photographs with a white background
• Copy of CNIC
• Confirmed return air ticket
• Hotel reservation or accommodation details
• Bank statements for the last 3–6 months
• Proof of sufficient funds (usually equivalent to at least THB 20,000 per person)
• Employment letter, salary slips, or business registration documents
