Required Documents

Proof of civil status, such as marriage certificate or birth certificates of children, if applicable.

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity and at least two blank pages.

Completed and signed Schengen visa application form.

Two recent passport-size photographs meeting Schengen visa photo requirements.

Copy of CNIC and, if applicable, Family Registration Certificate (FRC).

Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel and intended duration of stay.

Confirmed round-trip flight reservation.

Proof of accommodation, such as hotel bookings or an invitation letter from a host in Denmark.

Recent bank statements for the last 3–6 months showing sufficient financial means.

Employment letter stating position, salary, and approved leave, or business registration documents for self-employed applicants.

For students, a letter from the educational institution confirming enrollment.

Travel itinerary detailing planned activities and destinations.

Valid Schengen travel insurance covering a minimum of EUR 30,000 for medical emergencies and repatriation.
