Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned date of entry.

Completed and signed Form 14A visa application form.

One recent passport-size color photograph (taken within the last 3 months, white background).

Copy of your passport biodata page.

Copy of your Pakistani CNIC.

Confirmed return or onward flight booking.

Hotel reservation or invitation letter from your host in Singapore.

Bank statements for the last 3 to 6 months.

Employment letter, business registration documents, or other proof of income.

Cover letter explaining the purpose and duration of your trip.
