Copy of CNIC (front and back). Pakistani applicants may be required to provide a National ID card copy.

Confirmed return flight reservation.

Hotel booking confirmation or proof of accommodation in the UAE.

Recent bank statement (3–6 months) may be requested depending on the applicant profile.

Completed visa application form.
